1. Booking and confirmation
All reservations for your holiday or retreat with us are non-binding until a deposit has been received in our account and your booking has been bindingly confirmed by us. With your booking, you automatically accept our terms and conditions.
2. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 2.00 p.m.
- Check-out: until 10.00 a.m.
3. Prices depend on the retreat or length of stay.
4. Payment methods
- Deposit: At the time of booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid by bank transfer.
- Final payment: The remaining 50% must be paid by bank transfer at least one week before departure.
A valid passport is required upon check-in.
5. Cancellation
- If cancelled up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
- If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
- For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
6. Premature termination and changes
If you cancel your retreat or stay prematurely, we are not obliged to provide a refund. Travel interruption insurance is recommended.
7. Liability and medical advice
The retreats offered are for personal development and relaxation and do not replace a medical diagnosis or treatment.

Force majeure: In the event of events such as natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or political unrest, we do not provide refunds. In such cases, we usually offer a free postponement.

Disclaimer: We assume no liability for local noises, smells or injuries caused by animals.

Third-party providers: We assume no liability for services provided by third parties (e.g. transport, tours).
